This week has seen easyJet celebrate the 500,000th passenger to be handled in Belfast City Airport, Northern Ireland.

Services by the British low-cost carrier were launched from the area back in July 2021, and currently operates six UK routes being:

  • Bristol
  • Glasgow
  • Liverpool
  • London Gatwick
  • London Luton
  • Manchester

Commenting on the milestone was Ellie McGimpsey, the Aviation Development Manager for Belfast City Airport:
