CDB Aviation this week announced that they leased one of their Airbus A321neos to a new customer, based in Athens: Aegean Airlines.
Delivery of this particular jet is to take place in 2025, and will support the Greek’s carrier in fleet renewal and growth moving forward.

Commenting on this new deal with the new customer based in Athens was Jie Chen, the CEO of CDB Aviation:

Adding to this was Dimitris Gerogiannis, the CEO of Aegean Airlines, based in Athens:

“The latest generation A321neo provides our customers with the enhanced experience they’re looking for, while significantly reducing our environmental footprint.”
CDB Aviation will continue to expand its global footprint on the aircraft leasing front, with this latest transaction with Aegean Airlines being an example of this in Athens.
All eyes will be on the lessor to see what other placements they may have in store going into the short-term and long-term.
