Cathay Group expands fleet with 32 A320neo family aircraft

Hong Kong’s Cathay Group has finalized an agreement to acquire an additional 32 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft, as part of its fleet modernization and growth program.

This effectively doubles Cathay Group’s total orders for the A320neo Family, bringing the tally to an impressive 64 aircraft.

As of now, 13 of these aircraft have already been delivered, marking a significant step forward for the Group’s overall recovery.

New Additions: A321neo and A320neo


The 32 newly acquired aircraft will consist of both A321neo and A320neo models. These advanced aircraft are destined to become integral parts of Cathay Pacific and HK Express fleets, primarily serving routes within the Chinese mainland and various destinations across Asia.
