Starting on March 31, Aurigny will begin flights between Guernsey and London City on a twice-daily basis.

Such interlining agreements with BA Cityflyer ensures that seamless connections will be on the cards to the likes of:

  • Amsterdam
  • Barcelona
  • Berlin
  • Zurich
  • Florence
  • Ibiza
  • Malaga
  • Nice

Commenting on the new flights from Guernsey with Aurigny was Andrew Hodges, Chief Commercial Officer, London City Airport:

“We’re thrilled to welcome Aurigny as the first new airline at London City Airport this year – demonstrating our commitment to growing as a business and offering new destinations to our passengers.”

Adding to this was Nico Bezuidenhout, CEO at Aurigny:

“Guernsey is a tourist destination and an International Finance Centre.”

“Many businesses on our beautiful island work closely with colleagues and clients in London and direct flights to London’s beating heart will also benefit anyone who wishes to explore the city’s many attractions.”

All eyes will be on how these new services perform moving forward, as well as whether there is scope to expand this further going into the future.
