Alaska Airlines welcomes STARLUX Airlines to Seattle

Alaska Airlines is pleased to announce the expansion of its global network through a new partnership with STARLUX Airlines. The US airline welcomed its partner to Seattle with the establishment of a new long haul service.

This collaboration will offer passengers convenient nonstop service between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).

The longhaul service is now set to begin this summer, on August 16th 2024.

Enhanced Connectivity to Asia

The initial service to Seattle will operate three times weekly, providing seamless connections for business and leisure travelers seeking to reach Taipei and beyond.

STARLUX’s strategically located hub in Taipei offers onward connections to over 20 destinations across Asia. This includes popular locations like Bangkok, Hanoi, Penang, Cebu, Singapore, Macau, and various cities throughout Japan.

This new Seattle route signifies a significant milestone in the growing partnership between Alaska Airlines and STARLUX Airlines.
