Air Canada has announced a significant expansion of its Asia-Pacific network capacity, a move set to reshape the travel landscape from mid-December through the summer of 2024.

This regional network enhancement comes as the Canadian national carrier moves to meet the soaring demand for the region, while aligning with its international diversification strategy.

Meeting Demand Head-On

“Air Canada’s Asia services continue to reflect strong demand, and we are boosting capacity to this geographic area as we deploy our international diversification strategy,” shared Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President, Revenue and Network Planning, at Air Canada.

With a keen focus on the upcoming winter season, the airline is poised to offer up to 57 flights per week between Canada and Asia, a number that will rise to an impressive 64 flights per week come next summer.
