A Customer-centric Development Strategy

Air Canada Cargo has also adopted a cloud-based system, reducing the need for paper air waybills.

Mark Galardo, the executive vice president of Revenue and Network Planning, expressed his gratitude to the employees at Air Canada Cargo.

“We are extremely honoured to be recognized by ATW as Cargo Operator of the Year for 2024,” he said.
