In the last few weeks, easyJet has celebrated some milestones in terms of it’s growth towards flight operations.

Around a week or so ago, the airline celebrated it’s five millionth passenger out of Birmingham Airport.

This comes in time for the airline’s upcoming base opening, with a total of 16 routes on offer.

Also away from the expansion out of Nice, easyJet has also unveiled new flights to the Amalfi Coast from London Gatwick, Milan, Berlin, Basel & Geneva.

With Salerno Airport opening up for commercial operations, this will be the airline’s 157th destination when it launches.

In conclusion, easyJet continues to spread it’s wings across Europe with growth, with the new flights to Agadir, Athens, Prague & Malta being examples of this.

Looking ahead, all eyes will be on how these new routes perform across the Summer and Winter seasons.

Furthermore, all eyes will also be on how the airline performs throughout 2024 as a whole too.

They will be hopeful of having a successful 2024 despite a poor first quarter show in it’s financials.
