Aer Lingus has this week moved it’s operations at Chicago O’Hare from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, in the hopes of a more seamless customer experience.
The Irish carrier has said that this will provide an enhanced experience in terms of transferring to Terminals 1 and 2.
Without further ado, let’s get into it…
Aer Lingus Moves To Terminal 3 At Chicago O’Hare…
Business Class customers, AerClub Concierge and Platinum customers will have access to the AA Flagship and Admiral lounges, conveniently located for the boarding gates, all providing a greatly enhanced customer experience.
The move will allow for better cooperation between Aer Lingus and American, which will offer connections from O’Hare to 117 domestic destinations at the peak of this summer’s travel season.
Adding to this was Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer:
‘’Aer Lingus has a long and proud history flying to Chicago since 1966 and the Dublin to Chicago route is consistently one of our top three transatlantic routes.
“Moving our operations to Terminal 3 in O’Hare International Airport is an exciting milestone and brings us closer with our airline partner American Airlines for the benefit of both of our customers.”
“We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our customers to Terminal 3 on January 24.’’
Looking ahead, all eyes will be on how passengers will welcome these changes made by Aer Lingus in and out of Chicago.
