Aer Lingus, Ireland’s national airline, has announced an expansion of its Winter 2024 schedule from Manchester Airport.

This expansion focuses on increased service frequency on the popular Manchester to Orlando route.

Meeting Peak Season Demand

To cater to the surge in demand during the peak winter season, Aer Lingus will offer up to four flights per week between Manchester and Orlando.

This represents a significant increase from the current three weekly flights.

Passengers seeking a winter getaway or a festive escape with loved ones will benefit from the addition. The new fourth weekly flight will operate between December 18, 2024, and January 8, 2025.

This includes a special Christmas Day service, ensuring greater flexibility for holiday travel planning.

Travelers looking to secure their winter getaway at an attractive price can now book roundtrip flights to Orlando. These start from just £439 in Economy Class (inclusive of all taxes and charges).

Orlando: Beyond Theme Parks

Orlando boasts world-class theme parks like Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios. Beyond these attractions, the destination offers a multitude of experiences.

Visitors can discover thrilling adventures, vibrant cultural attractions, and serene green spaces for relaxation.

Susanne Carberry, Chief Customer Officer at Aer Lingus, offered comment on the frequency boost.

“Our Manchester network caters to a diverse range of travelers, from families seeking winter fun to those desiring a touch of sunshine.”

“We are delighted to offer these additional flights to Orlando from the North of England during the Christmas school holidays, further solidifying our commitment to fulfilling travel aspirations.”
