Abelo has this week celebrated the lease placement of two ATR 72-600 aircraft with Greek carrier SKY express.
The first aircraft was delivered on January 15, with the second one due for delivery in March 2024.

Abelo Celebrates ATR 72-600 Lease Placement with SKY express…
This lease placement marks the initial pair of aircraft to be assigned to certain airlines using Abelo’s orderbook of 30 aircraft.

“This upgrade introduces two new ATR72-600 aircraft into our state-of-the-art fleet, supplementing those previously announced at the beginning of 2024.”
“Our fleet will now include 14 ATRs, of which 10 are brand-new ATR72-600 model. This expansion reflects our confidence in the sustainable growth of the Greek regional market in the coming years and underscores our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.”

All eyes will be on future fleet expansion for the Greek carrier as well as the assignment of other aircraft to prospective airlines by Abelo.
