Wizz Air has this week announced plans to restart services between London Luton and Tel Aviv, with services also going from Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia, Krakow & Rome.
Airlines are beginning to restart services into the main airport of Israel following the October 7 attacks.

Wizz Air To Restart London-Tel Aviv Services…

It is understood services will begin from March 1, 2024, with the airline giving scheduling for services from London Luton and the list above to Tel Aviv:

In a very short statement, the airline said the following on this:
“Wizz Air the most environmentally sustainable airline globally, today confirmed it will resume operations on its routes to Tel Aviv from Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia, London Luton, Krakow, and Rome Fiumicino. Flights will commence from 1 March 2024 and will operate three times a week.”
Looking ahead, all eyes will be on which other carriers will opt to restart services out of the Israeli destination throughout 2024, especially if the conflict eases at all in scope.
But for now, let’s see how the service restart for the airline goes on March 1, 2024. From there, additional carriers will no doubt follow as tensions continue to ease.
