The company conferred the honorary title and medal of “Xiamen Airlines Pioneers in Entrepreneurship,” acknowledging the contributions of key individuals to the airline’s success.
Additionally, officials for the airline signed the Framework Agreement on Joint Support for Deepening Reform of Xiamen Airlines. This formalizes its commitment to ongoing improvement and strategic partnerships.
Sustainability Campaign
The day before the main event, Xiamen Airlines launched a publicity campaign at the historic Bagua Mansion on Kulangsu Island, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. This campaign included:
- Release of the corporate anthem “Egrets by Your Side”
- Publication of the company’s first white paper on corporate social responsibility (CSR)
- Announcement of strengthened cooperation with the UN Global Compact China Office
The collaboration with the UN Global Compact China Office involves five major initiatives aimed at propelling sustainable development and flying for a better world.
