A Wizz Air flight operating from Eindhoven to Bucharest has declared an emergency whilst enroute and is currently diverting to Nuremberg.
Wizz Air flight W43072, an A321-200 out of Eindhoven, declared the emergency with squawk code 7700 and appears to be making good a diversion to Nuremburg.

Having declared an emergency with transponder code 7700 whilst in the cruise passing abeam Nuremberg, the flight now appears to be continuing with a diversion to Nuremberg Airport.
The nature of the emergency prompting the diversion is not yet known.

Having declared an emergency earlier this morning, whilst enroute to Bucharest from Eindhoven, Wizz Air flight W43072 has now landed at the diversion airport, Nuremberg Airport.
Flight Details
Flight data shows that Wizz Air flight W43072 made a delayed departure from Eindhoven Airport (EIN). The flight logged an actual departure time of 10:25 local time this morning. The scheduled departure time for the service was listed as 09:25 local time.
The flight then set course normally for the destination Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP). The aircraft was cruising at 37,000 feet and approaching Nuremberg on its flight plan when it diverted.
Flight crew squawked transponder code 7700 at 09:05 UTC and made good a diversion for Nuremberg Airport.
The aircraft conducting today’s W43072 service to Bucharest was an Airbus A321-200, registered HA-LXF. This is an 8.2 year old narrowbody aircraft belonging to the carrier Wizz Air. It has been in operational service with the airline since its initial delivery from the factory in June 2016.
Update: Disruptive Passenger Prompts Diversion
A disruptive passenger prompted the decision by flight crew to make the unscheduled diversion to Nuremberg. The exact nature of the passenger’s behavior remains unclear. Reports described the behaviour as “aggressive” and “disruptive,” posing a threat to the safety and security of the flight. The airline did not report any injuries among the passengers or crew.
Airlines have strict policies in place to deal with unruly passengers. These can include removal from the aircraft and potential legal action. In recent years, there have been several incidents involving unruly passengers on the airline’s flights.
