V72317 is continuing it’s descent into Nantes (NTE) as normal. Furthermore, the reason for the emergency is unclear currently.

EC-MUC is the aircraft involved in the emergency on this affected flight.

As per data from Planespotters, EC-MUC is a 20.4 year old Airbus A319 that started out life with Air Malta in March 2004.

Also, In March 2016, it was delivered to V7 under the registration of EI-FMU.

Furthermore, in January 2018, it was transferred to the Spanish register as EC-MUC.

Also, Of the A319 variant, Volotea have 20 of them in their fleet.

Moreover, within that 20, all of them are in active service, with an average fleet age of 19.9 years.

V72317 is nearing it’s destination, passing through FL100 at this present moment.

Volotea flight V72317 from Athens is approaching the base leg portion of it’s flight. Emergency landing expected imminently.
