A TUI scheduled flight operating from Dusseldorf to Munich declared an emergency while approaching the destination earlier this morning.
TUI flight X34104, a Boeing 737-800 operating from Dusseldorf International Airport (DUS) declared an emergency with transponder code 7700.

The flight had passed Stuttgart and had just commenced its descent when flight crew declared the emergency with squawk code 7700.
Following the emergency declaration, the aircraft continued its descent and approach into the destination Munich International Airport (MUC).
The issue prompting the emergency declaration is not yet known.
Flight Details
Flight data shows that flight X34104 made a departure out of Düsseldorf International Airport at 0557 local time this morning.
The flight then set course normally, climbing to flight level FL370 (37,000 feet) for the regional service to Munich MUC.
Following the initial descent from FL370, flight crew squawked transponder code 7700 whilst passing through FL340 at 0636 local time.
The flight subsequently landed at the destination airport Munich MUC at 0656 local time, 20 minutes after the declaration.

The aircraft conducting the X34104 rotation from Düsseldorf this morning was a Boeing 737-800, registered D-ATUR. This is a 9.3-year-old narrowbody aircraft belonging to the carrier TUI fly.
It has been in operational service with the airline since its initial delivery in April 2015.
TUI fly is a leisure airline owned by the travel and tourism company TUI Group. It operates under several subsidiaries depending on the country it is based in.
TUI fly Deutschland (formerly TUIfly) is the German leisure airline. It is a subsidiary of TUI Group and was founded in 2007. The airline currently has a fleet of 18 aircrafts that services over 80 destinations across Europe and Africa.
