TAP Air Portugal Milestone Passenger


The milestone passenger, Victor Pereira, embarked on his journey on December 19 at 00:25. The 22-year-old production engineering student boarded flight TP028 from Salvador’s Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport, heading to Porto via Lisbon.

On his second visit to Portugal, Victor plans to spend time with his girlfriend, who studies in Porto. “This recognition feels special – it shows how airlines can create meaningful connections with passengers. Such thoughtful gestures really matter,” Victor shared, highlighting the personal stories behind the statistics.

Adding to the celebration, TAP Miles&Go recently welcomed its two millionth Brazilian member, demonstrating the program’s strong presence in the South American market.

To mark both achievements, the program awarded Victor with 200,000 miles, showcasing TAP’s commitment to customer appreciation and loyalty rewards.

Portugal-Brazil routes remain crucial to TAP’s growth strategy, with ongoing investments in destination expansion and service improvements.
