Reasons Unclear Currently…
At this stage, the reasons for these six emergencies involving Indian aircraft in a 10-15 minute period is unclear.
However, Indian carriers have been going through a spate of false bomb threats in the last week or two.
This has caused disruption to the industry significantly, with no end in sight currently.
A 17 year old was detained last week, but if these six emergencies are from another actor, then authorities will need to continue investigating.
As soon as we have more information, we will update you accordingly.
This remains a developing story.
