Enhancing Passenger Experience

One notable initiative is the introduction of one-stop international service centers at both Pudong and Hongqiao airports. These centers offer a range of services, including:

  • Payment assistance
  • Cultural and tourism information
  • Telecommunications support
  • Transportation guidance

These comprehensive service hubs aim to streamline the travel experience for international passengers, making their journey through Shanghai’s airports as smooth as possible.

Cultural Initiatives

In addition to improving core services, the Shanghai Airport Authority has launched a series of cultural activities under its CHINA YOUNG brand. These events, running throughout the two-month summer travel season, are designed to showcase Shanghai’s unique culture while enhancing the overall airport experience. The initiative combines elements of cultural promotion blended with general retail experiences.
