SAS Scandinavian Airlines has announced a new direct route between Copenhagen and Seoul, Korea starting September 12, 2025.
This historic move will be the first-ever regular direct flight between Scandinavia and Korea, marking a significant milestone in aviation history.
A Historic First
The new route will operate four times weekly during the peak summer season and three times weekly in winter. This strategic addition to SAS’s network will strengthen Copenhagen‘s position as a major global hub, connecting Scandinavia to one of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
By offering seamless connectivity between these two vibrant regions, SAS aims to stimulate economic growth, cultural exchange, and tourism. This direct link will not only benefit travelers but also businesses, fostering new opportunities for collaboration and trade.
Airbus A350 Operations
SAS will operate the Copenhagen-Seoul route with fuel-efficient Airbus A350 aircraft, offering a comfortable and sustainable travel experience for up to 300 passengers.
These state-of-the-art aircraft are equipped with modern amenities, spacious cabins, and advanced technology to ensure a pleasant journey.
