Major low-cost airline Ryanair has kicked off its Summer 2025 schedule with the first flights of brand new routes to Toulouse. Toulouse services will operate from both Manchester and Bristol.

This new network addition sees two weekly flights operating from both UK locations, giving travelers further affordable options for their summer holidays. Manchester Airport also see the addition of a new route to Rabat.

The routes are now open for booking on Ryanair’s website, making it easy for customers to plan their getaways.

Summer Scheduling Commences

This Bristol-Toulouse connection is one of 35 routes Ryanair will operate from Bristol Airport this summer.

With over 2,000 routes spanning more than 230 destinations, the airline’s full Summer 2025 lineup promises plenty of choice for sun-seekers and adventurers alike. Whether you’re a UK resident or a visitor, Ryanair aims to keep fares low while expanding travel possibilities.

Jade Kirwan, Ryanair’s Communications Director, gave comments on the new Toulouse service. “We’re thrilled to see our first Bristol to Toulouse flight take off on Wednesday, April 2. It’s packed with eager holidaymakers and marks the start of our Summer 2025 season.”

“Ryanair is also pleased to see the first flights of our new Summer 2025 routes from Manchester to Rabat and Toulouse take-off today. With flights running twice a week, this route gives UK customers more affordable travel options for their summer plans.”

APD Tax Concerns

However, Kirwan also raised a concern. She pointed out that while Ryanair is growing its UK offerings, a recent decision by Rachel Reeves to increase Air Passenger Duty (APD) taxes by £2 per passenger could slow this progress.

According to Kirwan, the tax hike hurts regional airports like Bristol the most. She argued that if the UK government wants to boost economic growth, it should scrap the APD tax entirely.

Kirwan highlighted how countries like Ireland, Sweden, and Hungary have ditched similar taxes, reaping rewards in tourism, jobs, and air traffic—benefits the UK risks losing.

Conclusion

The airline continues its new connections to vibrant destinations like Toulouse, known for its rich history and sunny charm. It becomes the latest of 35 routes offered out of Bristol.

Toulouse and Rabat are the latest two of 81 routes that Ryanair is operating to/from Manchester Airport this summer.
