Japan’s Peach Aviation has unveiled plans to launch a new Osaka Kansai – Singapore service on Wednesday, 4 December 2024. This new service marks Peach’s second medium-haul international route addition. It follows the recent Osaka Kansai – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi connection.
Flights will operate daily using Airbus’ cutting-edge A321LR aircraft, with one-way fares starting at JPY 13,690.
The A321LR offers enhanced comfort compared to Peach’s short-haul A320 planes, featuring a maximum seat pitch of 32 inches (about 81 cm) – on par with full-service airlines. Passengers can enjoy the six-and-a-half-hour journey without battery concerns, thanks to USB charging ports at every seat.
Second Medium-Haul International Route
Peach CEO Ohashi expressed enthusiasm about the new route. “We’re thrilled to introduce the Osaka – Singapore service, our second medium-haul international route and the first by a Japanese airline in 14 years.”
“The A321LR’s spacious seating ensures a pleasant flight experience. We hope our competitive pricing encourages frequent visits to Singapore, where you can explore the modern Marina Bay skyline and immerse yourself in traditional Peranakan culture.”
Peach remains committed to prioritizing safety while expanding its network to facilitate new Asian adventures and discoveries.
