In 2021 7,473,734 passengers used Warsaw’s Chopin airport. According to airport authorities, the airport exceeded the number of 1 million passengers in one month three times.

The total number of passengers was 36% higher than in 2020 and 40% of the total number of passengers in 2019. It was also 2% higher than forecasted.

The airport is Poland’s biggest airport in terms of passengers handled. The airport also handled 97,453 tons of Cargo, which is on pre-pandemic levels.
