LONDON – In the last hour, new footage has emerged of the Antonov AN-225 Mriya in flames at its home of Gostomel Airport, Ukraine.
Footage from Igor Girkin on Twitter shows very briefly the aircraft in flames underneath the hangar.
Antonov has of course previously stated to wait for official confirmation of its destruction, but the company even replied to this video with crying emojis.
This is probably the first level of substantive proof that the AN-225 Mriya is not in a good way.
