Honda Aircraft Company Expands Customer Service Capability as Supply of HondaJet Fleet Grows

LONDON – Honda Aircraft Company announced that it will expand its customer service center raising its capacity to four new full-service Authorized Service Centers (ASC), which will be located in the United States, and other regions.

This means that the HondaJet service network will now have a service centre covering 21 locations globally. 

The new Service Centers will now able HondaJet customers to be closer to the OEM, and there are now 219 HondaJets flyings today, the expansion of the Customer Service Capability centre is now more important than ever.

Existing Honda Jet Fleets,  which now surpassed the 120,000 – flight hour mark operations.

The improvement of Honda Jet’s customer service capabilities includes the expansion of two new centres in the United States, which now stands at 12 locations with a Honda Jet Factory and Service Centers in North America.

Just to point out a few newly appointed new authorized service centres for HondaJet, these locations include Hillsboro Aviation, based at the Portland-Hillsboro Airport (KHIO) which takes care of the Northwest region of the USA, Mather Aviation, LLC., located at Mather Airport (KMHR) which focuses in the region of Central and Northern California, Dviation Technics Sdn. Bhd., based in the state of Selangor, Malaysia, at Subang Airport,  is the exclusive HondaJet Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for the Southeast Asia region.

Moreover, this partnership with HondaJet will also have full accessibility with its new business arm: KarbonMRO.

Lastly, Signature TECHNICAir., based at Bournemouth Airport (EGHH) in Bournemouth, the United Kingdom rightfully services British and Western European owners.

Furthermore, Honda Aircraft Company also has a high benchmark of standard for its service for its Factory Service centre. Not long ago, one of its centres was awarded by FAA with the “Diamond level AMT employer award,” the highest level in the William (Bill) O’Brien Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards program.

This is to honour Honda Aircraft’s technicians and their skills. The HondaJet has always set a standard for the light jet category and has always gained global recognition throughout the globe.

The company has always enjoyed great publicity since its launch in 2015.

The company has made an important milestone at the 2022 EAA or the Experimental Aircraft Association AirVenture in Oshkosh, whereby launching its new HondaJet Elite S, further raising the bar for the very light jet category.
