LONDON – airBaltic has today announced plans to add Malta, Yerevan, and Baku to its Summer 2022 scheduling.
The services will commence on the following dates:
- Riga-Malta – Once weekly – April 30
- Riga-Yerevan – Twice weekly – May 1
- Riga-Baku – Twice weekly – May 1
Commenting on these route additions was Martin Gauss, the CEO of airBaltic:
“As the travel industry recovers, we are once again able to offer our passengers more travel opportunities. We hadn’t flown to Malta or Baku since 2019 and are excited to return.”
“Before the pandemic, we had planned to launch flights to Yerevan, now we can offer flights to and from the Armenian capital.”
Other unique destinations set to take place in the carrier’s summer schedule is the likes of Dubai and Tenerife, using its fleet of Airbus A220 aircraft.
