Aircalin, the national airline of the South Pacific French territory of New Caledonia, has disclosed a new Airbus widebody aircraft order.
The airline has confirmed the purchase of two Airbus A350-900 long range aircraft, marking a significant step in its fleet modernization strategy. This order will enable Aircalin to support fleet adaptation and the carrier’s long haul network expansion.
Fleet Transformation and Capacity Boost
Currently operating two A330neo aircraft, Aircalin is preparing to upgrade its widebody fleet with cutting-edge technology. The new A350-900 aircraft will feature a premium three-class configuration, accommodating over 320 passengers.
