London Southend makes it simple for passengers to share their experiences through an in-terminal survey accessed via QR code.
Travelers rate their likelihood of recommending the airport on a scale from 1 (very unlikely) to 5 (very likely). From January to April, responses averaged an outstanding 4.5 out of 5, showcasing the airport’s commitment to a seamless and welcoming journey.

The airport also reintroduced its popular “Happy or Not” feedback system in 2025. These smiley-face buttons, placed at key touchpoints throughout the terminal, allow passengers to quickly rate their experience.
Between February and April, nearly 22,000 responses were collected, resulting in a remarkable 91% positive feedback score. This achievement reinforces London Southend’s reputation as a six-time winner of the “Best London Airport” title by Which?

Louise from Maldon, who flew to Alicante with easyJet, called it the “nicest and most efficient airport” she’s experienced. Hannah from Southend added that the team “always makes her smile.”
