K-Mile Asia, a prominent Thai express cargo airline, is marking its 20th anniversary with a fleet milestone. The company has announced the addition of its first Boeing 767-300BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter) to its fleet.

This new aircraft, registered as HS-KSA, represents a major boost for K-Mile. The acquisition makes it the first B767-300BCF operator and first widebody freighter in Thailand.

The new freighter touched down at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on Friday, September 6th, 2024, adorned in K-Mile’s distinctive livery. Aviation enthusiasts and industry professionals alike gathered to witness the moment for Thai air cargo operations.

Set to begin operations in October 2024, HS-KSA will play a crucial role in expanding K-Mile’s reach. The aircraft will connect Thailand with key markets across Southeast Asia, China, and India, enhancing the airline’s capacity to serve international trade routes.

The B767-300BCF Freighter


The next-generation B767-300BCF is renowned for its versatility, capable of serving long-haul, regional, and feeder markets with equal efficiency. Here are some key features of this impressive aircraft:

  • Payload capacity: Up to 51.7 tonnes (115,808 pounds) of revenue payload
  • Main deck capacity: 11,884 ft³, accommodating 24 pallets
  • Lower hold capacity: An additional 3,830 ft³
  • Range: Up to 6,105 kilometers or 3,305 nautical miles

This remarkable range and capacity make the B767-300BCF an ideal choice for K-Mile’s expanding operations, offering new possibilities for air cargo customers in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia.
