A Jet2 flight inbound from Malaga has declared an emergency whilst approaching the destination Manchester Airport (MAN).
Jet2 flight LS810, a Boeing 757-200 from Malaga Airport, declared an emergency with transponder code 7700 whilst on descent into Manchester.

With flight crew declaring an emergency in the descent whilst passing through FL170, flight LS810 is now established on its approach to Manchester.
The nature of the emergency is not yet known.
Landed Manchester (MAN)
Jet2 flight LS810 inbound from Malaga has now landed Manchester Airport (MAN), having declared an emergency in the latter stages of its approach earlier this afternoon.
Flight data shows that flight LS810 made a departure out of Malaga Airport (AGP) at 13:57 local time this afternoon. The flight then proceeded normally, climbing to flight level FL380 (38,000 feet) for the northerly service to the United Kingdom.
The pilots conducted the aircraft’s top of descent and early approach normally. Flight crew then squawked transponder code whilst passing through FL170 at 14:26 UTC (15:26 BST).
The aircraft conducting today’s LS810 service from Malaga was a Boeing 757-200, registered G-LSAC. This is a 32.1 year old aircraft belong to the carrier Jet2. It has been in operational service with the airline since May 2006.
Prior to its service with the present carrier it has passed through Air Transat and Ryan International Airlines. Its original delivery from the factory was in November 1992.

Via Flight Emergency: Jet2 flight LS810 declared an emergency this afternoon due to a hydraulic issue. The aircraft was met by fire crews on arrival and towed to the stand.
