FLY4 Airlines has kicked off its ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) summer flying programme for TUI, starting May 1, 2025.
After a successful debut last year, FLY4 is scaling up its operations significantly. The airline will now operate from three key UK regional airports: Norwich (NWI), Birmingham (BHX), and East Midlands Airport (EMA).
This expansion strengthens FLY4’s partnership with TUI and boosts its presence in the UK’s regional aviation market.
Preparation for a Smooth Summer
FLY4 has spent the past six months gearing up for a busy summer season. Drawing on lessons from its first year, the airline has fine-tuned its operations to ensure a streamlined experience.
FLY4 hired additional pilots and rolled out a comprehensive training program tailored to the needs of this program. The plan actively prepares crews to deliver safe and enjoyable flights for TUI’s passengers.
The airline worked closely with TUI to align on schedules and capacity needs. This collaboration has helped create a reliable and resilient flying programme, designed to handle the demands of peak travel season.
Additionally, FLY4 partnered with its maintenance teams to prepare its Boeing 737-800 fleet for intensive summer operations. Every aircraft is in top condition, ready to deliver safe and comfortable flights.

Jochen Schnadt, CEO and Accountability Manager at FLY4 Airlines, was pleased with the result. “We’re delighted to partner with TUI again for our second summer, with an even larger programme across three UK bases.”
“Our team has worked tirelessly with TUI to ensure we’re ready to deliver a safe, reliable, and enjoyable experience for every guest this summer.”
Expanding Regional Operations
This summer, FLY4 will operate over 2,200 flights from its three UK bases, connecting passengers to 25 popular holiday destinations across Europe.
This expanded operation highlights FLY4’s growing expertise in delivering high-quality ACMI services. By operating from regional airports, FLY4 provides flexible and dependable solutions that meet the needs of both TUI and its customers.
The airline’s regional focus also supports local economies and offers travellers convenient access to holiday destinations. FLY4’s ability to scale its operations while maintaining high standards underscores its commitment to excellence.

FLY4 actively equips its modern Boeing 737-800 fleet with highly trained aircrew to deliver optimal support. The charter airline’s stated values—purpose, passion, people, and performance—guide its operations.
As the summer programme begins, FLY4 is eager to welcome TUI guests onboard. The airline says it is committed to delivering the same high standards of safety, reliability, and comfort that define the FLY4 experience. With meticulous planning and a customer-focused approach, FLY4 is ready to make this summer season a success for TUI and its passengers.

Looking Ahead
FLY4’s expanded 2025 summer programme marks a significant step in its growth as a trusted ACMI provider.
By combining operational excellence with a strong partnership with TUI, FLY4 is set to deliver memorable holiday travel experiences.
As flights take off from Norwich, Birmingham, and East Midlands, FLY4 looks forward to connecting travellers to their dream destinations with safety and comfort at the forefront.
