LONDON – A Jet2 Airbus A321 has diverted to Bilbao tonight whilst on its Gran Canaria-Manchester rotation due to the toilets being broken onboard.
The aircraft affected is G-HLYB and was originally operating LS782. At the time of writing, the aircraft has departed Bilbao, bound for Manchester as EXS782D.

Data from RadarBox.com shows that the aircraft departed Las Palmas at 1648 local time, and arrived in Bilbao at 2116 local time.

Data from RadarBox shows the aircraft due west of Bordeaux at the time of that screenshot, with the aircraft continuing onwards to Manchester.

G-HLYB Has Been in the Battles…
G-HLYB seems to be battling some form of war, as it was involved in a major incident earlier last month.
The RAF QRA had to be dispatched due to a bomb threat being placed onto the aircraft, which later turned out to be for another flight and another person of interest, meaning hundreds of passengers had to make their way back to Manchester from London Stansted.
Now, it has been involved in another form of a hitch, luckily not a bomb threat this time.
This is a developing story.
