Embraer Sees Strong Q4 Finish, Delivering 206 New Aircraft in 2024

Embraer finished Q4 strongly with 75 aircraft delivered, bringing its total new aircraft deliveries to 206 for the calendar year 2024.

Brazilian aerospace giant Embraer (NYSE: ERJ) concluded 2024 with a robust performance, delivering 75 aircraft in the fourth quarter.

This represents a 27% increase compared to the preceding quarter and matches the delivery volume achieved in the same period of 2023.

For the entire year, Embraer delivered 206 aircraft, a substantial 14% improvement over the 181 units delivered in 2023. This positive trajectory underscores the company’s continued strength in the global aviation market.

Key Business Unit Performance


Overall, Embraer’s 2024 performance showcases several key achievements:

Commercial Aviation

Embraer delivered 31 commercial aircraft in the fourth quarter, bringing the annual total to 73. This figure aligns with the revised guidance range of 70-73 aircraft for the year and surpasses the initial guidance of 72-80 units.

In a firm move for Brazil's aviation sector, the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) has given the green light to finance ten Embraer E195-E2 commercial jets for Azul Linhas Aéreas.

Executive Aviation

The company delivered 44 executive jets in the fourth quarter, contributing to a total of 130 deliveries for the year. This result places Executive Aviation squarely within the original guidance range.

Defense & Security

This segment also demonstrated growth, delivering 3 C-390 Millennium aircraft in 2024, exceeding the 2 units delivered in the previous year.
