Delta Air Lines to Launch New Orlando-London Service For Winter

Delta Air Lines will operate a brand-new seasonal route connecting Orlando (MCO) and London Heathrow (LHR) starting October 26, 2024.

This convenient service, operating four times a week until March 29th, 2025, offers Floridians a chance to explore the rich history and vibrant culture of London.

Similarly, Londoners can discover the magic of Orlando’s world-famous theme parks and breathtaking beaches.

Delta Air Lines European Network

This new long-haul route addition further strengthens Delta’s already robust network across Florida and Europe.

Currently, Delta offers winter service from Orlando to Amsterdam, and recently announced a new connection from Tampa to Amsterdam as well.

This commitment to expanding travel options within the Sunshine State allows even more Floridians to experience the wonders of Europe with ease.

Partnership with Virgin Atlantic

Delta’s partnership with Virgin Atlantic further enhances travel possibilities. Virgin Atlantic already provides daily service between Orlando and London Heathrow.

This gives travelers even greater flexibility when planning their winter escape. The collaboration ensures a smooth and convenient travel experience, regardless of which airline you choose.

“This new route seamlessly connects two exciting destinations,” says Matteo Curcio, Delta’s Senior Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

“Travelers can experience the best of both worlds, from London’s historic landmarks like Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London. And Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, including Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort.”

The new Orlando-London route utilizes the Airbus A330-900neo, sporting a range of seating options to suit needs and budget.
