Moreover, of the A320ceo variant, the airline has 59 of them in their fleet.

Within that 59, all but four are in active service, with an average fleet age of 28.7 years.

However, data from RadarBox highlights that the aircraft is expected to return to commercial service later today.

For July 10, it is expected to operate the following rotations:

  • DL2490 – Atlanta to Oklahoma City.
  • DL2490 – Oklahoma City to ATL.
  • DL2862 – ATL to Oklahoma City.
  • DL2862 – Oklahoma City to ATL.

Of course, this is assuming that the issues which caused the engine failure on the Delta Air Lines Airbus A320 in Atlanta has been fixed.

All eyes will be on whether these flights will be operated by this aircraft or not in the hours ahead.
