It has emerged that a Delta Air Lines Boeing 767 bound for Atlanta is holding over it’s departure field of Sao Paulo with an in-flight issue.
N832MH is the aircraft in question operating this flight.

As per Planespotters, N832MH, the aircraft operating the affected DL270 Sao Paulo-Atlanta flight, is a 23.7 year old Boeing 767-400 that was delivered to Delta Air Lines in September 2000.
Of the 767-400 variant, DL has 21 of them in their fleet.
Furthermore, of that 21, all but two are in active service, offering an average fleet age of 23.4 years.
Hold Exited…
After over an hour in the air, DL270 has exited it’s hold to the north of the airport and looks to be coming in for an emergency landing.
The cause of this incident is still unknown at this present time.

DL270 is on short final into Sao Paulo, passing through 5,700 feet.
