Copa Airlines (NYSE: CPA) has further bolstered its US presence, inaugurating a new route connecting Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).

“RDU is thrilled to welcome Copa Airlines and the new gateway its Panama City service provides to Latin America and the Caribbean through the Hub of the Americas®,” said Michael Landguth, president and CEO of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority.
“The route opens up new possibilities for business and leisure travel from the Research Triangle region to Panama and points beyond.”
The new service, designated flight CM466, operates with four convenient weekly frequencies on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The flight departs Panama City at 8:56 AM (local time), and arrives at RDU by 2:28 PM. This allows a smooth connection for morning departures.
The return flight, CM467, departs RDU at 4:20 PM, allowing ample time for exploration. It then returns to Panama City by 7:46 PM (all times local).
