Cebu Pacific Air has further expanded its fleet with the addition of two Airbus A330neo and seven Airbus A321ceo aircraft through a Sale and Leaseback agreement with Jackson Square Aviation (JSA).
The first batch of aircraft was delivered in December 2024, with a second A330neo scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2025.
This strategic partnership with JSA allows Cebu Pacific to further enhance its operational efficiency. It is able to modernize its fleet with fuel-efficient aircraft via a flexible financing solution.

David Jones, JSA’s Head of Asia Pacific Marketing commented in the recent agreement with the Philippines’ carrier. “We are thrilled to continue our strong partnership with Cebu Pacific by providing them with Sale and Leaseback solutions for these modern aircraft.”
