Cancellation Policy

General

AviationSource Limited is committed to providing excellent service promptly. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being helped or served. For this reason, AviationSource Limited has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed by all customers.

Fees and Payment

Your subscription is not complete until we receive your full payment for your chosen subscription service. Payments can be made online via Debit & Credit cards and through external service providers such as PayPal. AviationSource Limited reserves the right to cancel a subscription service following the failure of the payment at any time.  

All Subscriptions are set on an Auto-Renewal basis, all customers who subscribe agree to the auto-renewal of their subscription services. Should you wish to opt-out of this, a request must be made either before or within 7 days of the subscription renewal date. Aviation Source Limited is not responsible for contacting customers in regards to their renewal dates.  Should the customer contact us after the 7 day period you will still be charged for the subscription you just paid for, however, we will cancel your auto-renewal for the next payment date.

Payment dates are set on rolling monthly, quarterly, and yearly and start from the date you open your subcription.  There is no fee for cancellations of a Subscription.

Any customers who have their subscription cancelled due to a missed or late payment will incur an administration charge based on the amount of how much the subscription is worth upon the request to reopen their account or when their next renewal date is set.

Refunds

All refunds can only be made through the original form of payment, AviationSource Limited is not responsible for any charges that may be incurred through the use of third party payment systems such as but not limited to PayPal.  All refund requests must be made in writing through the contact form on our website. 

We aim to complete all refunds within 10 working days of the request being received, should you not hear from us within 4 days of your initial request a further request should be made via our phone line and by speaking to our subscriptions department.
