Manchester Airport announces exciting new Arctic adventures as two airlines launch direct services to Tromsø this week.

The Norwegian destination, known as the world’s northernmost city, will soon be just over three hours away. This open up new possibilities for travelers from the Manchester hub seeking unique winter experiences.

Starting this Wednesday, Norwegian airline will operate flights twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering competitive rates for adventurous travelers.

easyJet then follows with their own twice-weekly service on Tuesdays and Saturdays, beginning Tuesday, November 19, making the Arctic more accessible than ever before.

Tromsø: World’s Northernmost City


With over 80,000 residents, Tromsø claims its title as the world’s northernmost city, requiring a minimum population of 50,000 to qualify.
