airBaltic is taking bold steps to expand and support its flight operations. The airline has announced new opportunities for experienced pilots, including Captain positions for their Airbus A220-300 aircraft.
The Baltic airline is actively recruiting both Captains and Senior First Officers to support their fleet. These roles come with attractive sign-up bonuses, making the opportunity even more appealing.
Aircrew Recruitment Drive
Captain positions are now available, and Senior First Officers can enjoy a fast track to command. For qualified professionals joining airBaltic between September 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, the airline is offering substantial sign-up bonuses.
Captains can look forward to a €15,000 gross sign-up bonus, while Senior First Officers will receive a €10,000 gross sign-up bonus.

airBaltic operates a modern, streamlined fleet consisting entirely of Airbus A220-300 aircraft. Currently, the airline has 48 of these planes in service, with ambitious plans to expand to 100 by 2030.
