Delta Air Lines flight DL170, which diverted to Anchorage with an agitated passenger, is a routine scheduled flight between Seoul and Minneapolis.
Furthermore, the aircraft involved in the incident was N501DN.
As per data from Planespotters.net, N501DN is a 7.9 year old Airbus A350-900 that was delivered to the airline back in July 2017.
Moreover, of the A350-900 variant, the airline has 36 of them in their fleet.
Also, out of the 36, 33 are in active service, with two parked.
Delta Air Lines flight DL170, which diverted to Anchorage with the agitated passenger, departed Seoul at 1840 local time on April 9 bound for Minneapolis.
As the aircraft entered Alaskan airspace, a decision was made to divert.
From there, a descent was commenced, with the airline requesting authorities onboard on arrival.
The Airbus A350-900 landed safely into Anchorage at 18:52 UK time (12:52 CDT)

- Claim to know Kid Rock.
- Demanded medications.
- Threatened to sue the airline.
- Caused crew to be uneasy at his temperament.
Furthermore, it is understood that the aircraft was met by emergency crews upon arrival.
