Aer Lingus has this week launched new flights between Dublin and Denver, with their transatlantic offering expanding well.
The airline is offering four flights per week using their Airbus A330 aircraft in the fleet.
Without further ado, let’s get into it…
The New Dublin-Denver Flights…
Commenting on the launch of flights to Denver from Dublin was Aer Lingus’ Chief Customer Officer, Susanne Carberry:
“We are thrilled to commence our Denver route today, another important milestone for Aer Lingus to drive forward our North American expansion.
“The new service is also of huge importance to the Denver region as Aer Lingus is the only European carrier that flies non-stop to Ireland and offers convenient onward connections to the UK and Europe via our hub here at Dublin Airport.
“When flying with us, passengers will experience Aer Lingus’ signature warmth and friendly Irish welcome onboard.”
“Aer Lingus also offers excellent food and drink options, a wide range of in-flight entertainment options and a recently upgraded onboard Wi-Fi system for better connectivity across the Atlantic.
“The new direct route to Denver will also facilitate increased collaboration between Ireland and Colorado’s thriving business and tourism industries and we look forward to welcoming many passengers on board.”
Transatlantic Appears to be the Focus…
Transatlantic flight offerings appears to be the focus for Aer Lingus in 2024, and is experiencing strong growth.
Back in April, the airline revealed that more flights to Orlando will be facilitated from Manchester in Winter 2024.
On top of this, the airline also relaunched flights to Minneapolis from Dublin, which was for the first time since March 2020.
The launch to Denver marks the third transatlantic announcement made by the Irish carrier.
Overall…
In conclusion, the airline is progressing at a strong and steady rate throughout 2024.
The launch of flights to Denver from Dublin is representative of the successes being experienced by the carrier.
Looking ahead, all eyes will be on what other announcements will be made by the airline in Emerald Green.
But for now, let’s see how the rest of the Summer 2024 season performs for the carrier.
